Nita Lake Lodge has two new breads made in the European style. Both delicious breads are yeast free, with rise times of nine hours! The Black Bread makes a wonderful sandwich with flavours of caraway, fennel and cocoa. The Country Loaf is a light sourdough bread, perfect for french toasting or with a bowl of soup. Try out both breads with a sandwich from our deli or pick up some fixings to make a delicious one at home (recipe below).

Black Bread Egg Sandwich
Nita Lake Lodge's new black bread makes an amazing egg sandwich! Toast a few slices and spread with dijon mustard and some Sunflower Kitchen kale and oregano pesto. Fry up a couple of eggs your favourite way and throw in a few tomato slices and lettuce. A slice of Alpindon cheese takes it to the next level!
