It's time to spring-clean your digestive system with rapini. Also known as broccoli rabe, rapini is packed with cancer-fighting properties. It's mildly bitter, so it supports the heart, liver and small intestine, as well as reduces fever. It also promotes the secretion of stomach acids and is best consumed fresh in juice, tea or salad.
